Associate Chancellor and Chief of Staff (2024)

We are pleased to announce an open and confidential search for the position of Associate Chancellor & Chief of Staff (AC CoS). This key role serves as executive advisor to the Chancellor, leading strategic initiatives on behalf of the Chancellor, and managing the operations of the Chancellor’s Immediate Office while fostering a culture uplifting our Principles of Community throughout the campus.

The AC CoS will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our institution, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, faculty, and community partners. This position’s key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic counsel and leadership on complex, sensitive issues and the Chancellor’s initiatives.

  • Facilitating the Chancellor’s strategic and operational plans.

  • Coordinating high-level communications and stakeholder engagement.

  • Leading special projects and initiatives that support the Chancellor’s goals.
