Filing a complaint about UCPD

Complaints about a sworn UCPD officer may be made in any of these ways: 

Online (recommended for those with access to computers or tablets)

By regular mail

  • Download, print, fill out, and mail a complaint form to the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination
