Cynthia "Cynt" Marshall

Cynt Marshall is CEO of the Dallas Mavericks organization and a leader in operations, legislative affairs, and human resources over a 36-year career at AT&T. At both organizations, Ms. Marshall significantly advanced equity and inclusion. Her roles at AT&T included president of AT&T’s North Carolina division, senior vice president of human resources, and chief diversity officer. Previously, she founded Marshalling Resources, a consulting firm specializing in optimizing people resources.
Ms. Marshall holds four honorary doctorate degrees. She has chaired a variety of non-profit boards and is currently on the board of Dallas CASA (chair), Dallas Regional Chamber, Texas Women’s Foundation, Texas 2036, T.D. Jakes Foundation, and a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). Ms. Marshall is one of the co-founders of PRO Sport Assembly, National Utilities Diversity Council, and the California Emerging Technology Fund. She is currently on the board of directors of BGSF Staffing, JELD-WEN, Yahoo! and Chime.
Ms. Marshall grew up in Richmond, California and now lives in the Dallas area. She and her husband, Kenneth Marshall, have four adult children.
