Khira Griscavage is the Associate Chancellor and Chief Ethics, Risk, and Compliance Officer (CERCO) at UC Berkeley. With a multifaceted background in finance, consulting, and higher education administration, Khira brings extensive expertise in ethics, compliance, risk management, and organizational leadership.
Previously, she served as Director of Operations and Professional Development for McKinsey & Company’s West Coast offices, overseeing administrative, operating, and talent functions across multiple locations. She also held leadership roles in public sector finance as a Vice President at JPMorgan, in management consulting with McKinsey & Company, and in school finance as CFO of The Athenian School. Earlier in her Berkeley tenure, she served as Special Advisor and Interim Chief of Staff for Administration and Finance.
Khira holds an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University. As CERCO, she provides strategic and operational guidance to the Chancellor and campus leadership, overseeing UC Berkeley’s ethics, compliance, and risk programs.
