Georgia Lee

Georgia Lee is a former senior advisor, managing director, and CFO of Hellman & Friedman, where she worked for 20 years prior to her retirement. Before joining Hellman & Friedman, Ms. Lee was a partner in the New York office of Deloitte, specializing in accounting for mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial instruments. She is a former member of the Foundation’s Audit Committee and served as its chair from 2011 to 2018. She also served as chair of the Trusts and Annuities Subcommittee and is a member of the Finance and Administration Committee. She is an emeritus member of the advisory board of the College of Letters and Science. Ms. Lee was awarded the Trustees’ Citation in 2009. She is a Builder of Berkeley.
