Andrea Lambert-Tan is the Assistant Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost at UC Berkeley. With over 22 years of experience in education administration, Andrea brings extensive expertise in operational strategy, organizational development, and campus leadership.
Previously, she held multiple roles at UC Berkeley, including Director of Student Services, Organizational Consultant, and Learning and Development Lead. She has also contributed to the campus community as a BSA mentor, past co-chair of the Berkeley Facilitator Network (BFN), and founding member of the Cal Women’s Network.
Andrea holds deep ties to Sonoma County, where she grew up, and enjoys running, hiking, wine tasting, and spending time with her active one-year-old.
