Esther Gulli is the Executive Director of the Government and Community Relations team at UC Berkeley. With over two decades of experience in public service and higher education, Esther brings extensive expertise in federal relations, policy advocacy, and campus-community engagement.
Previously, she served as Deputy Director and Director of Federal Relations in the Office of Government and Community Relations, and as Chief of Staff for the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at UC Berkeley. Prior to her work in California, she spent over ten years in Washington, D.C., holding roles at the White House, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Department of Education, and the U.S. House of Representatives.
Esther is an alumni from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
