Erin McDevitt is the Associate Chief of Staff to the Chancellor at UC Berkeley. With over 13 years of experience at the university, Erin brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and institutional operations.
Previously, she served in multiple roles within Berkeley’s University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR), where she supported campaign planning, international fundraising, alumni relations, and the UC Berkeley Foundation, contributing to global engagement and philanthropic growth.
Erin currently oversees the Chancellor’s Cabinet and the Board of Visitors, manages administrative staff, and serves as a key liaison between the Chancellor's Office and student, community, and advisory groups.
