Rebecca Sablo is the Associate Chief of Staff. Joining the office in fall 2025, she works closely with the Chancellor and Associate Chancellor to manage the campus strategic planning process, address key matters on behalf of the Chancellor, and provide leadership and oversight to the immediate office.

Jen is the Associate Director of Board of Visitors Operations, supporting the Board of Visitors in providing strategic counsel to Berkeley’s leadership. Since 2018, she has coordinated board meetings and initiatives aligned with the university’s priorities.
Previously, Jen was a development associate at the Rausser College of Natural Resources and worked in the private sector as a marketing technology manager and business analyst. She co-founded and co-chairs the Campus Volunteer Board Network (CVBN) to support staff working with volunteer boards.
