Note to the reader: On this page are links to the 2025 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report in two formats: a designed PDF version and a plain text word document version. The contents of the two versions are the same. They differ in the following ways:

  1. Pagination
  2. Certain table cells may be left blank in the designed PDF version. In the plain text version, such cells contain the words "intentionally left empty".
  3. Passages from the California Penal Code that are all uppercase (to match the styling in the CA Penal Code) in the designed PDF version have been changed to title case in the plain text version.

Please also note that non-applicable subsections of state law and penal code are not reproduced in the report, leading in some cases to discontinuities in numbered lists reproduced from those documents.
